     Sweet Bourbon Corn Pudding

Ingredients
2 large eggs
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 cups canned cream style corn
2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
2 Tbs. butter, melted
3 Tbs. dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbs. cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbs. bourbon
1/4 tsp salt
 
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper

Instructions
Pre heat oven to 350oF. Butter 8 inch square baking dish.
whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake 45-48 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
