2lbs ground beef
|
|
1/2 green pepper
|
|
1/2 red pepper
|
|
1/2 onion
|
|
1 small yellow squash
|
|
1 can tomato sauce
|
|
1 can diced tomatos
|
|
1 can red kidney beans
|
|
1 can black beans
|
|
|
|
1 can cannellini beans
|
|
chili powder
|
|
garlic salt
|
|
oregano, salt, pepper for taste
|

olive oil
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
In a skillet, brown ground beef. In a large pot, sautee onion with
olive oil for one minute. Add vegetables and sautee for 5 minutes.
|

Add tomato sauce, cook for 5 minutes.
|
|
|
Add diced tomatos and all beans without draining liquid, add garlic
salt, cayenne pepper, oregano, salt and pepper.
|
|
|
Cook over low/medium heat, stirring occassionally for one hour.
