2 tbsp refined coconut oil, melted, or safflower oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a large
bowl. in medium bowl, mix milk, oil, syrup, and
vanilla. add the milk mixture to the flour mixture
and mix until smooth (a few lumps are okay)
pur about 1/4 cup of pancake mix onto a hot non-
stick griddle.
