Do ahead- Make the gravy in small saucepan. Heat the 1
tablespoon oil and saute the ground beef, breaking it up as it
cooks. Whisk in the flour and stir until the paste is smooth.
Season with salt and pepper, then add the chicken broth and milk.
Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. The
sauce should be lightly thickened.
