In a small sauce pan, bring water to a boil add a little bit of salt for taste.

Add in a decent amount of pastina pasta. Cover and let cook for about 10 minuets.

|
The pastina should soak up most of the water. Add in a Tablespoon butter.
|
|
|
Beat the egg into the mixture. Cook until the mixture is thick.
