CAKE- Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 7 flour mini 5-loaf or 2-regular loaf pans. Bake at 350. Mini 50mins. Regular 40mins. Cool in pan for 5 mins before removing, cool completely before adding glaze.
GLAZE- Combine all ingredients, pour over cooled cake.
