|
Break chocolate into top of double boiler & stir till melted. Cool slightly.
Stir in the yolks & beat till smooth and thick. Quickly fold the chocolate mixture into the cream

Beat egg whites till stiff but not dry. Gradually add sugar & beat till glossy.

|
|
Fold in half the egg whites into the chocolate mixture till well mixed.
|
|
|
Repeat with remaining egg white mixture. Pour into a dish and chill till firm.

Serve decorated with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
