1 15oz can italian style stewed tomatoes, chopped with juice
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 tsps worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast, cubed
1/3 cup non-fat sour cream
Instructions
In large sauce pan saute 1st 3 ingredients over low heat for 5 minutes until onion is softened.
Add next 8 ingredients together and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add chicken breast, cut into small cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream, salt, and pepper to taste.
