cover (crescent rolls, or pie crust, or filo dough)
toppings (apricots, cranberries and nuts, apples and honey, etc.)
egg yolk and milk (OPTIONAL)
Instructions
Place any desired toppings on top of the brie.
Fold the dough over the brie. Make sure it is sealed and there are no holes.
Brush the top with egg yolk and milk to make it shiny. (OPTIONAL)
Bake at 350 degrees.
Crescent rolls - 10-12 minutes, or util the bread browns. The brie must be at room temperature before baking.
Pie crust - 20 minutes.
