Brown butter. Add chicory and a bit of water. Cover
and keep on low heat for 15-20 minutes
|

Bechamel cheese sauce-
Melt butter. Add flower, egg and small amount of
milk. Stir and add remainder of milk. Let to boil
and add cheese.

|
Once chicory is cooked, roll up in ham. Put them in
a oven dish. Cover with cheese sauce. Top with
breadcrums and cheese. Grill for 20 minutes
|
