Clean and trim beans. Blanch them in a pot of heavily salted water
(30 seconds-1 min,) shock in cold water.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, and thyme with pinch of sea salt and
ground black pepper. Toss beans with dressing, toasted walnuts,
and crumbled goat cheese. Serve immediately.
