2 cans Butter Flavored biscuits (I usually use Golden layers Butter tastin)
1 small roll of breakfast sausage (I use mild)
7 eggs
cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Flatten biscuits, by hand or rolling pin, so that they will completely fill a greased muffin tin. Biscuits should be flat in the bottom of the tin and should almost reach the top of the tin.
Cook sausage, drain, and set aside. I usually use 1/2 of the roll for this few.
Cook eggs until solid but still very wet. Combine eggs and sausage and spoon into biscuit cups. Top with cheddar cheese.
Cook according to the biscuit directions. Cups are finished when they are golden brown.
You could also double this recipe. Last time, I used 4 cans of biscuits, one roll of sausage, and 12 eggs.
