3 boneless butterfly cut pork chops
|
|
2 sliced Granny Smith apples
|
|
2 cups of apple sauce
|
|
1 can of frozen apple juice concentrate
|
|
4 tbl spoons of cinnamon
|
|
4 tsp of nutmeg
|
|
4 dashes of salt
|
|
4 dashes of pepper
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Sprinkle salt, pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg on 1 side of the pork chops.
|
|
|
Place the seasoned side down on the hot pan and sear the meat for 1-2 minutes.
|
|
|
Season the side face up with salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg. Flip the chops.
|
|
|
Add the can of apple juice and a cup of apple sauce.
Add the apples and put the lid on for 15-20 minutes.
