Brown ground beef - drain well. Stir in soups, milk, and peppers. Simmer for 15-20 min until heated through.

Spray 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Crumble tortilla chips over bottom of baking dish -- enough to cover the whole bottom.

|
Spoon meat mixture over crumbled chips, spread shredded cheese over meat mixture and top with more crumbled tortilla chips -- enough to cover cheese.

|
Bake 350 degrees for 30 min or until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve with plenty of tortilla chips for dipping!
