Boil chicken breasts until done, reserving 1 cup of broth. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of broth, soups and tomatoes.
Cut tortillas into 2 inch strips with a pizza cutter. Spray bottom of 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Cover bottom of baking dish with tortilla strips.
Layer half the chicken over the tortilla strips, followed by half the soup mixture and then half the shredded cheese. Repeat layers, ie. tortilla strips, chicken, etc. -- ending with cheese
Bake 30 min at 350 degrees until bubbly.
