Unwrap one half of the dough and place onto floured surface, cover with plastic wrap and roll out into a 10X8 inch rectangle 1/4 inch thickness. Remove the plastic wrap and spread 1/4 cup of the nutella over the entire dough. Roll into a tight roll. Wrap parchment paper around the log and refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes. Repeat with remaining dough. Preheat oven to 350. slice the logs into slices and bake on parchment paper and baking sheet for 12- 15 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes and store in an air tight container.
