PIE- beat eggs slightly in large bowl. Add pumpkin
and then sugar and spices. Stir in evaporated
milk. Pour into pie shell (Brush egg white on
bottom of pie shell first to prevent a soggy
crust). Bake in preheated oven at 425 for 15 mins.
Reduce temperature to 350 and bake 40-50 minutes
or until filling is set.
