Combine apples, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, splenda in a mixing bowl. Place bottom pie crust in pie plate and fill with mixture. Put three or four dabs of butter on top of the apple mixture before covering with second pie crust.
Bake covered with tin foil for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
