Preheat oven to 350.
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 min.
In large bowl, combine 2 c. bread flour, olive oil, salt, sugar, cheese, seasonings and yeast mixture. Stir well to combine. Beat until a siff douch has formed. Cover and let rise about 30 min, or until dough has doubled.
Lightly sprinkle flour and corn meal onto pizza stone.
Turn dough out onto stone and shape into ball. Roll out until stone is covered and crust is desired thickness.
Dust top with more corn meal and garlic powder.
Cover with your favorite sauce and toppings and bake in preheated oven until golden brown. About 20-30 min.
