1 cup uncooked rice, basmatti rice (or 3/4 cup regular rice with 1/4 cup wild rice)
2 cups salsa (or 1 can mushroom soup and 1 cup water)
1 cup water
Instructions
Turn on the oven to 350 degrees
Put the chicken into the bottom of a roasting pan that has a lid. Sprinkle rice over the chicken. Over the rice, carefully pour the salsa or soup mixture. Then pour the water over it all.
Put the lid on the pan and place in oven. Bake for one hour.

Suggestions
Can substitute any liquid preferred, but remember 3 cups of liquid.
