Soften both the butter and creamcheese by leaving it out of the fridge for a couple of hours, or soften in the micro wave.

Combine the butter, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 of plain flour and a drop of vanilla. Mix with hands to combine until it forms a firm dough. Set aside.

In a bowl combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and the lemon juice. Beat together until smooth. Add one egg at a time and beat until smooth. Melt the chocolate and add to the mixture. Beat until smooth.

Fill the cupcake tins with the dough and make a thick layer on the bottom. Fill the base with the cream cheese mixture. Place in the over for 1 hours at 150 degrees celcius. Let cupcakes rest with door ajar.
