Mix in heavy 2 quart pan sugar, milk and corn syrup. Cook stirring constantly over medium heat to a boil. (mixture will be bubbling all over top). Boil, stir for 2 minutes more. Take off heat.
Stir in chocolate until completely melted. Stir in nuts. Drop with 2 TSP on waxed paper. Chill until firm.
