Chill the brie in the freezer for 1/2 hour.
Combine the turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, sage, salt pepper and
Worcester together in a large bowl.
Saute the onion in 1 T. butter - 1 T. olive oil until glassy. Add
the garlic just at the end of sauteing and set aside.
Saute the apple in remaining butter and oil, just until softened
but still firm and add to the onion mixture.
Cut the brie into 1/2 inch cubes.
Combine all of the above and form on a sprayed, foiled baking
sheet, into a meat log or brick if you will. Tuck in any exposed
brie pieces so they will melt on the inside. Score the surface with
a fork.
Make the topping by simply combining the coating ingredients
and generously paint the loaf with it.
Place in a preheated 350 oven for 50-60 minutes.
Finish under the broiler for browning. BE CAREFUL NOT TO
BURN. There is a lot of sugar in the coating.
Let rest out of the oven for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
