2/3 cup olive oil

1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions |

|
Cook linguine according to package directions.
|

In skillet, heat oil. Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes in
skillet.

Add snow peas and bell pepper; cook 2-3 minutes
longer.

Toss linguine with shrimp and vegetable mixture.
Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
