Cut tops off jalapenos. with a potato peeler, scoop out the seeds and membrane of the jalapenos. Stuff with cheese sticks (cut to fit jalapeno). Wrap bacon silce lengthwise around the jalapeno and secure with toothpick. Make sure that the bacon covers the top of jalapeno to keep the cheese from spilling. Grill until the bacon is cooked. Make sure that you wear gloves when you handle the jalapenos.
