1 env Good Seasons Honey Mustard Salad Dressing Mix
1/3 C each Orange Juice & Vegetable Oil
1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1inch chunks
2 Bell Peppers and 1 Onion, each cut into 1inch chunks
Instructions
Stir Dressing mix, Juice and Oil in large bowl. Add Chicken and Vegetables; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate 3 hours.
Heat broiler. Arrange Chicken and Vegetables on skewers. Broil 3inch from heat 16 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. Discard any remaining marinade.
