Cream Cheese Frosting- 2 - 8 oz pkgs Cream Cheese, softened, 1 C Butter, softened, 2 - 16 oz boxes Powdered Sugar, 1 C Pecans, and 2 tsp Vanilla. Combine Cream Cheese and Butter and mix together until smooth. Add Powdered Sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add Vanilla and mix. Spread frosting between layers and on top and sides of cake. Sprinkle with Pecans.
