4 chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite size pieces

1-2 C. chicken broth
|
|
1 can cream of chicken soup
|
|
12 oz. salsa
|
|
1 C. evaporated milk
|
|
1 small can diced chilies
|
|
1 small can chopped black olives
|
|
1 onion, chopped or 1 T. minced onion
|
|
12 tortillas cut into triangles
|
|
|
|
1/2 lb. grated jack cheese
|
|
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. For Sauce, mix all ingredients in large bowl except chicken, tortillas and cheese.
|
|
|
Layer 1/2 chicken, 1/2 tortillas, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 cheese. Repeat.
|
|
|
Refrigerate 24 hours covered.
|
|
|
Bake at 350, half hour covered, half hour uncovered.
