Preheat oven to 350. Brush pan with melted butter and combine the graham crackers crumbs with remaining butter. Press into pan and bake for 10 min. Remove the pan and let cool.

Lower the temp to 325. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in sugar and beat until light. Add eggs and egg yolk one at a time. Blend in sour cream, vanilla and flour. Fold in snickers pieces.

Securely wrap foil around bottom of spring form pan. Place into roasting pan. Add boiling water to roasting pan until halfway up spring form pan. Pour in cheesecake filling. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes. Turn heat off, but leave door closed for 30 minutes. Open door for 30 minutes. Now remove cheesecake.

Cool cheesecake for 1 hr. on counter run knife around edges and drizzle with melted chocolate and shortening. Cover and store in fridge until ready to serve.
