Combine 1/2 C. chocolate sugar, flour, coconut in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry belnder until crumbly. Press into lightly greased 8 inch square pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese at low speed with mixer until fluffy. Add 1 C. chocolate sugar, milk, vanilla, egg until smooth. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake 25 minutes, cool, chill.
Combine 3/4 C. chocolate sugar, 4 t. water, stirring until smooth, drizzle over cheese cake and cut into 16 bars.
