Ingredients
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken cut strips
1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and cut in half
1 lb. steak sliced
8 oz. baby spinach
1 pk. firm tofu cut n 1 inch squares
6 c. chicken stock
2 slices fresh ginger, smashede
2 green onions, chopped
 

Instructions
divide meat, spinach and tofu on a platter
bring stock, ginger and onions to simmer in fondu pot
guests spear food with fondu fork and cook in stock then use what dip they want.
dips chinese hot mustard, sweet and sour, peanut sauce and curry sauce.
Serving Suggestions
can eat right out of the pot or place on rice or noodles
