Mix all ingredients, accept for the chocolate chips and paraffin, and
make into small balls... approx. 1/2 inch in diameter.
Let the balls cool in the fridge after handling.

Melt the chocolate chips and paraffin wax in a double-boiler or in a
metal bowl over boiling water... you don't want to melt the
chocolate too fast or burn it.
Paraffin wax is used to make the chocolate shinier looking.

|
Drop the balls, one at a time, into the melted chocolate to coat.
Place the chocolate covered balls on to waxed paper to cool.
|
|
|
Store covered in a cool, dry place, or refrigerate.
