Combine chicken, sour cream, salt and pepper; mix well. Shape with wet hands into 1 inch balls. Dust lightly with 1 Tbsp of water. Combine remaining flour, sesame seeds and paprika. Dip chicken into the egg mixture then into the sesame mixture. Place onto a greased baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 400F for 25 to 30 minutes, turning and brushing occasionaly, until browned and cooked through.
