In a large bowl, combine soups, milk, onion, butter, garlic, pepper & seasoned salt. Add the potatoes, ham and cheese; toss to coat. Transfer to greased 13x9 baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 65-70 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes are tender. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
