Add yeast and honey to warm water. Stir until dissolved.
In a large bowl combined cottage cheese, salt, soda, butter, eggs, soup mix, dill and pepper. Mix well.
Add the yeast mixture and whole wheat flour. Mix well. Add the remaining flour, 2 cups at a time to make a stiff dough.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead thoroughly until dough is smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a clean bowl, cover and let rise until doubled.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly. Divide dough and shape into loaves.
Place in 3 or 4 buttered loaf pans. Cover with plastic wrap coated with non-stick cooking spray and let rise until doubled.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 40 - 50 minutes.
