     WW Panko Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. dijon mustard
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 c. panko bread crumbs
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp parsley
 

Instructions
Melt butter. Whisk together butter, mustard and garlic. In another bowl mix panko, parmesan and parsley (minced).
Turn chicken breasts in butter mixture to coat completely . Dip one side into panko mixture. Place chicken crumb side up in baking dish.
Bake chicken at 500 degrees oven until crumbs are golden and breasts are no longer pink about 15 minutes.
Can serve with Dijon Sauce- mix 1/2 c. mayo, 1/4 c dijon mustard, 1/2 to 1 TBsp asian sesame oil and 1 tsp soy sauce.
