Mix in a large bowl the first 7 ingredients.

|
Beat eggs and mix in the final 5 ingredients.
|
|
|
Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture. Blend well - use a wire whip or spoon.
|
|
|
Cook on a griddle as you would regular pancakes.
