Combine- Cocoa, Sugar and Salt in saucepan. Add Milk gradually, mix thoroughly. Bring mixture to a bubbly boil on high heat, stirring continuously. Turn control to medium heat and continue to boil the mixture, without stirring, until it reaches a temperature of 238 degrees (soft ball) (about 1 hr.). Remove saucepan from heat; add Oleo and Vanilla to mixture. Cool as you beat by hand until the fudge thickens and loses some of its gloss. Quickly pour and spread fudge in a lightly greased pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
