natural yogurt and sprigs of fresh coriander (cilantro)
cheddar cheese (enough to top potatoes)
Instructions
Rub baking potatoes in oil and a little salt and bake @ 350 for appx 45 min. (may be longer depending on oven)
Melt butter, add onion and fry until clear, add ginger, ground coriander, turmeric and garlic salt and cook 2-3 min longer.
Scoop out potatoes and mix with other ingredients (onions etc). Put mixture back into potatoes and top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted / browned.
Serve topped with yogurt and cilantro sprigs.
