Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken pieces. In large skillet heat
butter and brown chicken slowly.
In small bowl mix broth, onion, mustard, parsley, flour, and garlic
until well blended. Pour over chicken and simmer, turning pieces
until tender (4-5 minutes).
Remove chicken, stir pan juices over medium high heat, scraping all
of particles from skillet and adding additional salt and pepper as
needed. Spoon over chicken and serve.
