Cook broccoli according to microwave instructions, until tender-crisp, about 9-10 minutes. In lrg bowl, mix together well drained Broccoli, Carrot and Red Onion. In glass measuring cup, combine Vinegar, Sugar and Oil; microwave, on High, 2 minutes. Pour over vegetable mixture; mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or chilled, with crumbled bacon on top.
