1. Saute' raw shrimp, onion, and butter
2. The onion will become clear and the shrimp pink
3. Add mushrooms and butter and cook 3-5 minutes on medium heat
4. Add flour, salt, seasoned pepper, and cook for 1 minute
5. Lower heat
6. Add sour cream
7. Stir carefully until hot
It should be a smooth consistency
Serve immediately over rice
