2 Med Cucumbers, peeled and sliced into thin slices
1 mild Onion, sliced into thin slices
1/2 C White Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 C Oil
Instructions
Heat vinegar and sugar. Whisk in oil. Pour over cucumbers and onion slices. Marinate in refrigerator at least overnight. Flavor improves the second day. These are great to eat by themselves or make a great addition to a lettuce and tomato salad.
