Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another
bowl, beat the eggs, milk, oil sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir
into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Spoon 1 tea.s butter, 1 teas. brown sugar, and 1 heaping tbs. of
pecans into a greased muffin cup. Top each with 1/4 c. of batter.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Invert pan unto piece of foil. Let stand for 2 minutes and remove
pan.
