In Large stock pot put frozen meat in pan w/bout 1 inch water heat break meat off in chunks as it cooks.

While its cooking cut onions peppers and celery in bite size chunks. When all meat is done strain and return 2 pan add onions peppers and celery. Cook untill veggies softened stirring often.

Take off burner for a few add chili powder, salt pepper and cheyenne flakes. (Do not taste at this point LOL) stir it all together and put back on burner for a few mins to blend spices w/meat mix.

|
Add 3 cans stewed tomatoes and sugar heat threw. Add kidney beans heat threw. Add tomato soup slow cook about 1hr stirring often do not burn on bottom or will ruin whole batch

serve w/ saltine crackers, cornbread, muffins or sticks.
