Clean your parsley. (My mom likes to stake everything off of the stem and then soak it in water and let the dirt fall to the bottom of the sink, but even if you just take a spray to the parsley to get the dirt off that will work.) Cut your butter into large chucks and add to your food processor. Tear the top portion of your bunch of parsley and place in the food processor.
Blend together until all is completely combined.
Place in an air tight container and can stay for up to one week.
