4 bone-in pork chops
|

2 tsp. Italian seasoning
|
|
1 can chicken broth
|
|
2 cups frozen green beans
|
|
2 cups white rice, uncooked
|

Instructions |

|
Coat both sides with seasoning. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cover.
|

Cook 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet, cover to keep warm. Add chicken broth, beans and 1/2 cup water to skillet, stir.
|
|
|
Bring to boil-stir in rice. Top with chops, cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
