Rub fish with Kicked Up Rub. In a large skillet, heat grapeseed oil
over med-high heat. Sear fish 2-3 minutes a side, remove, add red
jalapeno sauce and cream. Bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes. Pour
over fish then top with avocado and cilantro.
Great over rice.
