Heat olive oil, garlic and rosemary in large skillet on medium high heat. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly to season pan. Discard items from pan when done.

Season lamb chops with salt and pepper. Place in prepared skillet on medium high heat and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a platter to keep warm.

|
Pour out pan drippings. Increase heat to high and add wine to pan. Stir and scrap up brown bits until liquid is reduced to 1/2 cup, about 3 minutes.
|
|
|
Serve sauce over lamb chops.
