1/2 car Cookwell & Co. Veracruz sauce
|

1-2 Tbsp. Adam's Reserve Sear-N-Crust

2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil
|
|
1/2 cup queso fresco cheese

Instructions |

|
Season fish w/ Sear-n-crust. Heat oil in large skillet to med-high
heat.

Sear fish for 2-3 minutes per side. Add Veracruz sauce and simmer
for about 2 minutes. Remove and garnish with queso fresco. Serve
over rice.
